Storage, transportation and loading and unloading are important links that affect the quality of ppgi sheet. Due to improper operation, various defects such as scratches, embossing, corrosion and so on may occur during storage, transportation and loading and unloading. ppgi sheet should be stored in a dry and ventilated indoor environment, avoid open storage and storage in places prone to condensation and large temperature changes.

The floor of the storage site should be flat, free of hard objects and have sufficient load-bearing capacity.
Horizontal steel coils should be placed on rubber pads, skids, brackets and other installation devices, and the strap locks should be facing upwards, and cannot be placed directly on the ground or transport tools.
In order to avoid pressure injury, ppgi sheets are usually not stored in stacks. When stacking steel ppgi sheets, the number of stacking layers should be strictly limited, and the weight and size of the board should be placed below.

The mechanical properties of ppgi sheet and some coating properties such as pencil hardness, T-bend value, impact power value, etc. may change with the extension of storage time, so it is recommended that users process as soon as possible.
The storage site should have enough space for the lifting equipment.
Reasonable arrangements should be made for the storage location of ppgi sheets for easy access, and unnecessary movement should be minimized.

The ppgi sheet should be transported according to the state when it leaves the factory, and the original packaging cannot be disassembled at will. When loading and unloading, a rubber pad should be added between the spreader and the product to prevent bumps, and a special spreader should be used under conditions.
The carriage of the ppgi sheet transport vehicle should be cleaned, the floor of the car should be covered with rubber pads or other protective devices, and necessary protective measures should be taken around the carriage to prevent indentations or bumps on the packaging.

Vertically packaged ppgi sheets should also remain vertical during transportation and handling.
The ppgi sheet should be fixed firmly to avoid product damage or accidents caused by relative movement or rolling during transportation.
The ppgi sheet cannot be dragged when it is taken out to prevent the hair from incision and cutting from irritating the underlying steel plate. The steel plate should be handled with care and do not touch other hard objects.
